Chris Fredlake was incredible to work with. My credit union in California contacted him as I’m in Arizona and gave him my contact number. He was in contact within a day. We spoke and discussed what vehicle I was interested in and he found one within a few days that was on the way to his facility. I was very interested thus called him and the truck had been delivered that day, Wednesday. I’m in Lake Havasu 200 miles away so we made an appointment for me to come this past Friday. I have 2 dogs and he said bring them we love dogs so I did. He watched them as I drove the truck and I was very happy. We went to Chris’ office with the dogs and everybody loved them. Chris not only helped with the dogs but communicated with my credit union and did all the paperwork. I left with my new truck and am very happy. The only fault I could find (and I LOOKED, believe me) was the armour-all on the steering wheel. Their cars are kept secure, weather protected and clean! Absolutely no sales pressure. Tom (fellow Marine) showed me the car fax without my asking and didn’t make up answers to my questions. Fair trade value for my car. The vehicle price they quoted is what it was advertised at. Absolute opposite of Chapman’s shitshow.
